Version Update Resulted in 5 Stars Reduced to 3

UPDATE: Downgraded from 3 stars to 2 stars — since my original review, no updates have been rolled out. Ok, fine. I decided to reach out to the Wondershare team directly (note that there is a fancy link that says “if you need support, please visit PDFelement - Edit and Convert PDF with OCR Support.” Well, there is no way to send an email, chat, or call them. It is simply a list of FAQs… and that’s it. I’m still giving 2 stars since it is a great PDF app. However, there are a lot of them out there, and a lot of them that will provide hands-on customer support. I use Foxit for my Windows machines; unfortunately, they do not make software for Mac. Anyway, far better customer service and prompt responsiveness to even minor issues.

This is a great all-purpose PDF app. However, with the most recent version update, the page number does not update as I scroll through documents, and scrolling has become extremely non-fluid and jumpy. The previous version was more stable, and a far better experience. Please restore this app to its former glory! I would love to give it five stars again...
