Missing letters?

I purchased this product because of the multiple PDF’s I work with on a daily basis. Would be nice to just edit a document I’ve already generated than redo the entire piece of work.

This allows me to edit or markup, however, it leaves out letters of my typed word? If I highlight the box, they all show, but once I leave the box, they are gone and do not appear in the saved doc.

Not sure why?
